1. What Bodylab is

Bodylab is an AI-assisted fitness coaching platform that generates training plans, estimates nutrition and offers a conversational coach. Content is informational and is not medical advice.

Bodylab does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Consult a health professional before starting any exercise program or dietary change, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries or are pregnant. If you feel pain, dizziness or other symptoms while exercising, stop and seek medical attention.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase and may vary by country or region.

Web purchases: payments are processed through Stripe.

In-app purchases (iOS/Android): subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play. You are charged on your store account when you confirm the purchase. Management and cancellation are done from the subscription settings of the corresponding store; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds for in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends (for store purchases, at least 24 hours before renewal). You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

If a plan includes a free trial, this is shown before purchase. When the trial ends, the subscription is charged automatically unless you cancel first.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, resell access, or use the AI to generate harmful content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, brand, design and software are owned by Bodylab. Your data and uploaded content remain yours; you grant us a limited license to operate the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodylab is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including injury from following AI-generated plans.

7. Changes & contact
