Delete your Bodylab account

You can delete your Bodylab account and all your data whenever you want, from the app or by email. This page explains how, and what happens to your information.

From the app (recommended)

  1. Open Bodylab and log in.
  2. Go to Profile (the last tab) and tap the gear icon, top right.
  3. In Settings, tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Before deleting, you can export your data from the app.

No access to the app

Write to support@bodylab.coach from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account is deactivated immediately and Bodylab stops charging you.
  • All your data (profile, plan, meals, workouts, GPS activities, photos and coach conversations) is permanently erased within 30 days.
  • Billing records we're legally required to keep are stored anonymized.
  • If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel the subscription in the store: deleting your account does NOT cancel it. On iPhone: Settings > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions.
